The candidate will be at the forefront of the client interaction and will be responsible for bringing in business and maintaining relationship from new and existing clients
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction · Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs · Keep track of current industry trends, market activities of competitors · Develop marketing literature (pitch deck, newsletters, write-ups etc) · Communicate new product developments to existing/prospective clients · Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives · Prepare sales contracts / filing tenders ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines · Maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. · Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support · Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· 1 year experience in relevant field/ fresher from 2nd or 3rd tier IIMs · Experience in customer support is a plus
· Proficiency in MS Office · Proficiency in English writing/speaking · Market knowledge · Strong Communication, negotiation and quick decision making · Time management and planning skills · Self-motivated, disciplined to ensure high productivity, initiative taker · Focused and Goal oriented individual with a go-getter attitude towards meeting revenue targets
