HR Executive

Job Description:

The HR Executive will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource department.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining entire database of Employees, Interns and Consultants.

• Facilitate the onboarding processes for Employees, Consultants and Interns.

• Facilitate the offboarding processes for Consultants.

• Updating employee details in Master file & HRMS portal on daily basis.

• Handling BGV for the new Joiners.

• Co-ordinating with an admin team for successful onboarding of employees by assigning ID card & Biometric.

• Managing Probation confirmations.

• Issuing renewal work orders to consultants on monthly basis.

• Maintaining the records of OT, Internet, Attendance, TDS, and Invoices of Consultant.

• Address and manage queries from consultants, providing timely and effective support.

• Rendering support for Consultant Payroll.

• Through job shadowing, obtain knowledge about the state compliance procedures in Tamil Nadu.

• To be part of employee engagement activities planning.

• To help maintain our audit records and ensure we are following the procedure for our monthly audit documentation process.

 

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Good in Communication

• Good Knowledge in MS Office

• Knowledge in HRMS modules is an added advantage

• Strong Interpersonal skills

• Self – Starter
